1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (6 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (6 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 pound) salmon, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3 tablespoons English or French seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Empty spinach into a mixing bowl. Stir in broth, tomato soup, cream of chicken soup, cheese, salmon and seasoning. Mix well. Place a cube of cheese and seasoning in bottom of a medium baking dish. Sprinkle spinach over the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
