1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon homemade instant white sugar
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a saucepan combine sugar, water, milk and orange zest. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add lemon zest and orange food from the oranges. Mix well. Pour over brownie. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Remove brownie from oven and roll into very small balls. Cut into pieces. Add more sour milk if desired.
