1 cup butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons rosemary
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons red wine
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, rosemary, balsamic vinegar and wine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in mushrooms and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat.
