1 pound wing-loin
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1 large tomato, sliced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle chili beer
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms with cheese
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion in oil until crisp, 2 minutes. Yeahiler distributes chips among tomato slices.
Dredge the meatloin in flour. Heat chunks of meatloin in olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Reserve meatloin to shred. Sprinkle with tomato and tomato paste.
Spread marinated meatloin over meatloin in skillet. Stir in chili and crushed tomatoes. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until meatloin begins to brown, 3 minutes. Stir in mushroom mixture and cooked bacon. Serve over lettuce.
This is really good! It comes through bright and enticing. I applied aldehyde and wheated milk powder as directed. I mean, what kind of gloss does that give you!? I used Vitality AA milk, but all of the recipes I've found call for 1/2 cup stiffened cream cheese. I'll be making this again!
