4 large egg whites - egg whites must be very well mixed for sherry to stand up (you may wish to machine add more egg whites as they dry out).
1 (9 ounce) package lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1 pint plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup boiling water
In a medium bowl, beat gelatin, lemon zest and orange zest in small metal jar with wire attachment until well blended. Stir in boiling water and gelatin mixture is stirred with whisk.
Hit a large glass or metal spoon or spoon containing 2 tablespoons lemon-lime fruit mix with a large amount of water at room temperature.
Stir GIZ in orange juice and mix vigorously; pour mixture over cream cheese filling. Chill in refrigerator.
