3 apples – peeled, cored and core set
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant yogurt yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) loaf pans.
Place peeled apples in a large glass or metal bowl. Stir lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt and apple to coat. Cool, and cut into squares.
