Seven Minute Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup buttery round crackers

1 cup white sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup cornflakes cereal

1/2 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup chocolate syrup

1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon cold water

1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

1 (8 ounce) can crushed cornflakes cereal

Directions

Preheat commercial ovens to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Feel free to form whole cookie pieces, if you like.
