Very good! I did substitute the olive oil for greek yogurt, added crumbled goat cheese, and used shrimp instead of crab meat. It was delicious and easy!
This was a big hit. I think it is mostly the husband who enjoys this dish, as he doesn't want anything overly greasy. I did omit the butter and oil, and used olive oil instead of butter. I did this because I was out of mayo, I used 2 packets of FOS, and it turned out great. I did use olive oil instead of butter, and it gave it a little extra punch. I will try with a different type of mayonnaise, I have no idea what I was trying to make, but it was delicious, and easy, and fun to make. Thanks for sharing.
