1 (4 pound) whole chicken
1 (5 ounce) can chopped green bell pepper, drained and cubes
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed chicken and rice soup
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 large tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large pot, combine chicken, bell pepper, rice soup, onion, garlic, tomato, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and add more water if necessary.
