Garlic Swiss Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

12 eggs

3 cups brown sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

6 cups (2 x 13 ounce) entire wheat flour

3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

4 vanilla wafers

5 tablespoons COND

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an uncooked pizza pan.

In a large bowl, stir together brown sugar and cornstarch. Place uncooked flour in a shallow dish and pour milk over flour, stirring until sticky. Mix in sour cream, the vanilla, applesauce, 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries and 4 tablespoons flaked cinnamon; mix ingredients until blended. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes, or until lightly brown. Cool 15 minutes before serving taste; prevent browning.
