2 pounds dry cola-type dairy pasta
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, roasted
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups chopped fresh parsley
6 ounces spicy Italian sausage
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine tomato sauce, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, and Italian sausage. Mix well, refrigerate.
