1 (19 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup strawberry liqueur
1/2 cup white rum
1 cup banana liqueur
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Dissolve strawberries in boiling water, and stir in berries. Cool slightly. Remove from heat. Slice the fruit lengthwise and scoop. Set aside. Reserve 2/3 cup of the fruit for garnish.
Purposefully drizzle the rum over the pie, then pour the liqueur over the top.
Remove pie from heat and cover with remaining fruit.
Meanwhile, beat egg, vanilla extract, 1 cup sliced fruit. Mix heavily. Beat in milk, spreading over the top.
Return pie to oven and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Cool completely. Cover pie and place pie in freezer or refrigerator.
