1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 (.75 ounce) packages powdered sugar-based orange soda
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup milk
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Stir egg and orange zests into mixture until well blended. Blend lemon juice in electric mixer bowl. Fill 2 cups with melted butter and melt over medium bowl.
In large glass or metal mixer bowl, beat cream cheese mixture with electric mixer until smooth; pour into glasses. Chill in refrigerator. Serve over ice cream, or over lemon curd and lemon curd glaze. Garnish with almonds and sliced almonds. Refrigerate until serving.
