1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, mix the meat, onion, green bell pepper and oregano. Season with dry mustard, basil, basil, rosemary and red pepper. Mix in pecans, almonds and mozzarella cheese.
Place salad in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and shake to coat.
