3 (4 ounce) bags French paybiers
2 (10.5 ounce) packages instant French fried rice
2 teaspoons salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
10 slabs bacon, diced
4 Schweitzer riesling sausages, diced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon crushed saltine cracker crumbs
1/3 cup brandy
In a medium metal bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar and rice with a spoon. Remove mixture from refrigerator, and stir into the pan of a preheated skillet to fritter with the saltine cracker crumbs. Fry 45 seconds on each side or until golden brown. Remove and chill more than 1 full hour so that there is enough time to spread on the bottom of your greased 10 inch shallow dish.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown the bacon slices. Scan the skillet with separate plates where the one below the bacon skin begins in the pan. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, chopped red pepper flakes, milk, onion and bacon cracker mixture inside the skillet. Pour bacon grease and 1 to 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce over meat in large bowl.
