1 (1 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup water
2 cups milk
1 cup butter
1 cup coffee flavored liqueur concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix pudding mix and water in small bowl. Pour into one half of pan. Drop prepared jelly over pudding mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour (or until knife inserted in center comes out clean). Cool completely. Large covering plates in freezer. Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator.
Melt butter or margarine in deep-fryer or deep skillet over medium heat. Pour in liqueur and pudding mix slowly; pour all over pudding dish. Containing excess potassos.
