1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sliced Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish mustard
1 1/2 cups cooked Italian sausage
1 pound large eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place egg in a medium bowl and whisk in oil, cheese, horseradish, Italian sausage, water chestnuts, mushrooms, Swiss cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Split remaining sandwiches.
Place sandwiches in lightly greased 9x13
