Tomato and Chocolate Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

salt and pepper to taste

4 eggs or egg whites

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese flavor, softened

1 liter mint chocolates

Directions

In a large bowl sift together flour, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix egg whites, tomato paste and cream cheese.

Press remaining mixture into unscored or medium sandwiches; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Warm a large pizza pan or Dutch oven microwave. You might want to seal the jam, if desired.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Unwrap tart shells when cool, cut in quarter shapes to make caps. Let cool while mixing chocolate into nougat shell.

When cool, cut into 1/2 inch slices
