1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary sprigs
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup black beans
Place garlic, tomato paste, basil, rosemary, rosemary sprigs, basil, sugar, and milk in a small bowl. Mix well.
Heat a large dish or saucepan over medium heat. Add water and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened; half way through the heat, whisk in soy sauce and chicken stock.
Remove from heat. Stir in broth and stock, immediately followed by brown sugar.
