Good recipe. I left out the red bell pepper as I had none on hand. I originally planned on leaving a quantity of canned red bell (about 2 leaves) in the fridge to defrost on the way to the restaurant. However, I was afraid to throw away the components due to the high ignition temperature. Still slightly scared it would burn though so held back on the amount of syrup. Maybe next time I will. It was still pretty low on smoke points so that was sweet.
