Meat Loin Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds lean beef roast, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon onion salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons dry mustard

2 teaspoons dried onion flakes

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/3 cup chopped celery

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons water

Directions

In a large skillet, brown meat in butter until no longer pink; drain well.

Stir in ketchup, onion salt, garlic powder, dry mustard, onion flakes, dried basil, oregano, celery, bread crumbs, soy sauce and water. Bring to a stop. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes to maintain a slight brown color.

Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish or loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
