1 cup butter (unsalted)
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and 2 eggs until smooth. Stir in the milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla and flour. Mix until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Dust finished 12 uni-shaped baking dishes with cornmeal.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until center is light brown.
Sorry to say, but mine turned out bad. Concentrating more on the description, I believe I must have used lemon juice; others may have different lists of amounts.
