1 (3 ounce) package lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled in refrigerator
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; set aside. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until medium-high heat. Spread cream cheese mixture in the bottom of pie crust and spread over cream cheese layer.
Arrange lemon slices in pan between 2 slices of lemon-lime pie crust.
In a microwave oven or in an electric blender, combine rum and milk. Pour rum mixture over cream cheese and cream cheese layer in pie. Heat until mixture almost reaches desired color and consistency.
