3 cups rolled oats
3 cups potato flakes
1 1/4 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Break up potatoes and place them in a 5 quart casserole dish. Drizzle butter over potatoes and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together potatoes, butter and potatoes. Pour over potatoes and bake for one hour, or until potatoes are tender.
