1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 pound small marshmallows
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, salt and ginger until well blended. Place marshmallows in a small bowl. Shape marshmallows into small balls.
Remove marshmallows from syrup. Place marshmallows on a plate. Roll marshmallows into 1 inch balls and roll in marshmallow sugar. Spread marshmallow sugar over marshmallows. Place marshmallow sugar over marshmallows. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Decorate with marshmallow frosting or marshmallow candy.
