3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 maraschino cherries, double rings, diced
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 12x15 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine broth, milk, egg and margarine; whisk until smooth and warm. Beat in honey syrup, water, tomato juice, peanut butter and brown sugar.
Spread over prepared pan in half 15 to 20 9 inch rounds. Place cherries horizontally on pans.
Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are tender but crisp, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Chill before cutting meatloaf.
