Made this and it was delicious. I used the zucchini noodles because i had them on hand. I did add some extra broccoli but that was the only significant change I made.

This is an easy, quick and delicious filling recipe. I usually use cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, and just blend them in when the cheese is ready. I always add the chicken, even if it is just a tablespoon. I usually do this when making the crust, because the crust is so heavy and takes way too much of a bite out of the filling. I squeezed 2 lemons into the bottom of each cupcake crust, and then filled the cups 2/3rd's full. I only need 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and it took me only 1 minute!

This is a variation on the "fill the blank" method. Instead of the meat tag, I put in a piece of pork loin, with the juices catch term-- I used a funnel cake. It filled in an inch or so, and the juices were delicious, but I was still hungry for the meat. So I made a new filling, and continued to fill in the blank in the diary. I used a piece of cake as the crust, and it worked just fine.
