1/2 cup cooked, cubed chicken meat
1/4 cup pureed cashews
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix chicken meat, cashews, olive oil, basil, oregano, basil, pepper, tomatoes, oil, curry, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 1 hour.
Remove foil from baking dish and sprinkle with parsley. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 30 minutes.
