3 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup water
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 cup whole kernel wheat, with liquid
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup diced celery
1 (6 ounce) can fruit-flavored Jell-O
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, water, corn, wheat, butter and celery. Mix until smooth. Roll the mixture into a 1/2 inch balls and roll balls into bite-size lunettes. Place on a serving platter.
Heat the gelatin in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in flour for 2 minutes; stir until smooth.
Place slices of Swiss cheese, celery and lemon juice on the bottom of a serving platter. Garnish with fruit pieces and cheese pieces. Serve with a piece of fruit jelly to make accent. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
