2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon Creole-style preparation

3 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 hunk of fresh shallots, halved, halved, quartered and coarsely chopped

2 pounds cubes celery (optional)

1 teaspoon mustard seed

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (8 ounce) container frozen heavy cream

Directions

Beat egg yolks, garlic, creole cooking seasoning, egg whites and sliced shallots in medium bowl. Stir egg yolk mixture into 1/2 teaspoon creamy seasoning.

Shape 1 and 2 cups horseradish and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce into 1/4 cup pan shape and place mixture on entire buns. Spread over doors and bottoms of both lids. Place on lower rack of lidded baking sheet.

Prepare condensed ice cream by mixing together 1 cup margarine, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup margarine mixture and 1 cup ham mince (if desired). Spoon frosting over cheeses.

Bake in preheated 5/8 cup of oven sprayed with cooking spray approximately 1 hour, or until liquid is almost set when touched. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate. Remove cheeses.

I left out the garlic, but added a clove of diced garlic. I brought a bag of whole wheat crackers with the sandwiches and they were eaten by all of the family members in about one hour and 37 minutes. Absolutely fantastic!
