1 pound boneless pork loin roast
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup water
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 dash ground black pepper
2 tablespoons pine nuts
In a large bowl mix the 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, water, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, oregano, basil, black pepper, pine nuts, parsley and tomato paste. Mash well before slicing the pork.
