1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place cream cheese, pudding mix, pineapple juice and eggs in a medium bowl. Mix together and refrigerate.
Make the filling: In a medium bowl, combine whipped topping and pineapple syrup; spread over filling in 10-inch-round skillet.
Reheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake covered in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove skillet from oven and immediately place on rack of broiler pan. Brush with egg and cream cheese mixture; place on broiler rack., until filling is bubbly. Cool to room temperature before serving.
