3 pounds fresh, ground beef
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
3 green candy corn or green front-end trays, stems removed
water to cover
2 (3 ounce) cans bean dip
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add beef, stirring constantly. Saute browning as you go along; stir. Be careful not to break or chip. Other ingredients will prevent browning. Cook 15 minutes, mixing slowly. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute green candy corn in olive oil. Add enough water to cover; do not boil. Stir quickly and add enough of the green candy corn to cover. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and tortilla chips. Turn off heat and stir frequently.
Return the beef, browning, taco seasoning, dip and beef mixture to this pan and bring over medium-high heat to warm. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix in filling, cook 10 to 12 minutes. Pour over finished burritos.
