Overnight Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening

1 cup white sugar

1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

1 pinch salt

1 cup flaked coconut

1 egg

1/4 cup margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups rolled cinnamon roll dough

Directions

Sift together the shortening and 1 cup of sugar. Beat the egg and 1/4 cup of margarine into the shortening until stiff. Gradually mix in the confectioners' sugar, salt and coconut. Beat in the egg and margarine until well blended, about 1 minute. Spread the mixture onto several extremely small baking sheets.
