1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach
1 jalapeno pepper pepper, seeded and diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 pound turkey breast, cubed

Remove stems and leaves from spinach. Drain water and squeeze spinach.
