4 beef chuck steaks, cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried allspice
10 fresh parsley leaves
18 saltine crackers
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Place beef chuck slices in a large shallow dish. Place steaks on the saltine crackers and place on the grill. Brush with garlic powder, salt, paprika, sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Grill steaks for 12 to 15 minutes per side, until internal thickness has been reached.
Place steaks on a serving platter and spoon some of the marinated marinade over each steak. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, marjoram, basil, thyme, sage and black pepper. Top with parsley and saltine crackers.
