1 (9 inch) prepared cookie crumb crust
2 fluid ounces vanilla flavored beverage
1 1/4 fluid ounces Milk
4 large marshmallows
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tarts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet.
In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter until smooth. Mix in marshmallows, eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in marshmallows and 1 cup evaporated milk. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
