4 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup olive oil
1 fat-free Italian-style sausage onion, cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 (1 ounce) package instant-read pasta sauce mix

Pour olive oil in a glass serving bowl, whisking frequently. Stir in sausage, garlic, vinegar and red wine. Mix thoroughly. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over low heat.
Stir pasta into sausage mixture; cook, stirring constantly, until pasta is heated through. Spoon into a 2 inch ball form the shape of a sandwich, and spread with sauce.
