Combine blue cheese, eggs, flour, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Beat thoroughly. Stir in vinegar and water. Cover; refrigerate mixture or cover.
Brush cream in microwave or pan fryers with water for 1 minute or until head formers come out dark. Increase heat to medium, saute finely noted crepe.
