12 (8 ounce) packages chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
2 cups phosphoric vinegar
1 cup orange juice
4 drops salted caramel colored bittersweet chocolate (e.g., AFK)
In a medium bowl, mix the boiling water with vinegar. Stirring often, pour mixture into glass or metal mixing bowl or bowls. Mix together rice flour, sugar and chopped almonds; add to gelatin mixture. Pour into glass or metal mixing bowl or bowls.
Add orange juice to gelatin mixture and stir until just lukewarm. Pour marshmallow mixture into glass or metal mixing bowl or bowls. Spoon marshmallow mixture into plastic bag; seal and shake vigorously to combine. Spoon mixture into all but 2 glass or metal mixing bowls or glasses; place marshmallow mixture on top, seal and shake vigorously.
Sprinkle bittersweet chocolate over marshmallow mixture. Cover and refrigerate approximately 3 hours, or overnight, before serving. Cover and refrigerate further until bittersweet chocolate is fully set. Store and serve immediately.
