1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) package buttery round crackers
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced green olives
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 (16 ounce) can whole, peeled tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can sliced green olives with juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, buttery round crackers, mushrooms, green olives, mushrooms, parsley and whole tomatoes. Transfer mixture to a 9 inch glass pizza pan or baking dish. Drizzle with tomato juice, pecans and chopped pecans.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and brown. Cool before serving.
