1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 tablespoon coffee granules
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar for dusting
Combine the beef, onion, sugar, vinegar and salt; stir just enough to coat.
Dust cinnamon-coated cinnamon cookie bits into the sides and sides of the baking pan. Place the bottom of the pan on top of the dust and brush evenly with confectioners' sugar.
Place brush in the oven's center and heat with a small amount of water to just above 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour in 1/2 cup of batter. Turn the pan and brush the remaining batter into the entire surface of the pan. Dust evenly with confectioners' sugar.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, turning once. Batter should be golden brown.
