2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup apple juice
1 cup butter
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9- inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg. Stir in vanilla, apple, evaporated milk and apple juice. Fold in butter and brown sugar. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and milk. Mix well. Spread on top of cooled cake.
Cool completely and frost with buttercream frosting.
