2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
3 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon Chinese cooking powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
In a small bowl, mix paprika, yellow mustard, salt, seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Place oil in a sirloin or large skillet. Heat chicken in oil over medium high heat. When chicken is hot brown on all sides; remove from pan. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
Place remaining ingredients into pan. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain on paper towels. Discard foam. Mixture will thicken.
