1 cup butter, melted
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1 cup butter and eggs in medium bowl. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour into greased 9-in. dishpan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Bake an additional 3 minutes. If desired, spread with lemon-lime flavored cola. Cool slightly.
I added garlic powder and onion powder to the Soup. It was good but the flavor was lacking.
