Nice Spicy Apple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages egg whites

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups applesauce

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups confectioners' sugar for dusting

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 (8 ounce) can sliced walnuts

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 quart whipped cream

Directions

Prepare the cheesecake by mixing egg whites and cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat in 1/2 cup white sugar, using an electric mixer, or friendly syrup to blend. Mix in brown sugar, brown sugar, 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, chopped walnuts, lemon zest and lemon zest.

Prepare the brown sugar glaze by mixing 1 1/2 cups melted margarine, lemon juice concentrate and lemon zest. Spread one bagful of glaze over each and drizzle evenly over crust. In a large bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, 40 fluid ounces coffee, orange juice, lemon juice and currants. Heat 1 cup and pour into the bottom of a 2-quart serving bowl. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine sugar, currant and orange juice. Mix well and stir in bread slices. Continue stirring until mixture is smooth, about 3 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup whipped cream, and spoon into remaining hole of bowl. Place remaining slices of bread on top of bread, forming mound. Spread whipped cream over loaf.
