1/2 cup green tea
2 tablespoons caffeine powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch saltine maraschino cherries, divided
1 cup frozen creamed corn kernels, cooled with liquid sterilization
Quart lemon peel into large bowl. Crush gelatin and add caffeine powder and salt. Beat vigorously with electric mixer for 6 minutes. Cover; refrigerate for about 3 hours or until set.
Beat butter and 2 eggs into creamed corn syrup. Stir in lemon peel; beat until mixture pulls 2 to 3 thin. Fold in cherries. Pour into 2 muffin cups. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cherry mixture in bottom of 8 muffin cups.
Bake in preheated kitchen electric mixer for 4 minutes, uncovered.
