4 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/5 cups milk
2 1/2 cups butter, melted
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans.
Beat eggs in small bowl. Stir in sugar, vanilla extract and flour.
Sift together 3/4 cup flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture. Mix in milk, melting butter, oil, coconut and liqueur. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of each pan comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
