Chief Notion Sour Cream and Egg Salad with Lemon Creole Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

1 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh lemons

1 (2.5 ounce) package yogurt seasoning mix

1 1/2 cups boiling water

Directions

In a blender combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and orange juice in slow-boiler. and pour in lemon curd, lemon zest and eggs. Blend quickly to prevent sticking. Cool and mix in 12 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage of your choice.

Refrigerate 4 hours, or until set.

We made a variation of this recipe and it was dynamite! Didn't have any shredded lettuce on hand so added an avocado. We also skipped the cream cheese and just used sour cream. It was pretty good, but the quinoa would have made it a little less fattening.
