3 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
2 cups Yukon Gold potatoes
1 cup slices Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Place apples, Yukon Gold potatoes, Swiss cheese, salt, and olive oil in large bowl and toss to coat. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
